How do we resolve an issue?
Generally, most issues will get fully resolved on the first business day after the race. Please help us by making sure you have entered the correct information on your registration profile such as gender and membership number. Depending on the complexity of the issue at hand, it may require a little more time and research to resolve. We thank you for your patience and cooperation!
- To officially verify and add times – We will review BRR photos once they are available to us, typically this is the Wednesday after the race. Next, we will cross-reference the photos with our finish line video in an attempt to recover your time.
- We will contact you if we need any further information from you – After we make the corrections, they will appear online the next time the results are updated. Updates to our site happen frequently!
In order to be properly scored please make sure your bib number is visible on the front of your torso, not folded or wrinkled, pinned in all four corners and not covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.
